Proposal photography in West Palm Beach starts at $695 with The Love Pics, and that price includes the styled set-up: the roses, the neon sign, the candles and the champagne. You don’t hire a florist in one place and a photographer in another.
Below, the four packages side by side, what each one includes and what moves the price up or down.
What a proposal photographer costs in West Palm Beach
We sell four proposal packages, and every one comes with the set-up designed and built for you:
- Essential, $695: 1 hour of coverage, 20 edited photos, no video.
- Signature picnic, $950: 2 hours of coverage, 40 edited photos, no video.
- Set-Up, Photo & Cinematic Video, $895: photos and a color-graded film of the moment. You pick 30 photos to edit and the film arrives within 10 days.
- Luxury Custom, $1,295: 3 hours, a concept designed around your story, premium décor and fresh florals, photo, video and planning support.
A 50% deposit reserves your date and covers the flowers and décor. The rest is due on the day of the proposal.

What each package includes
Essential is the classic surprise: a styled scene with a heart of roses, a “Be My Forever” neon sign and candles, music playing as you walk in, champagne with two glasses, and a hidden photographer for the moment and the celebration. Your preview gallery is ready within 24 hours.
Signature adds the picnic: a lounge under an umbrella with blankets and cushions, a path of candles and flowers, a cheese board for two, champagne on ice and a couple’s session right after the yes. It works best at sunrise, when the beach is quiet. We arrive one hour before sunrise to build everything, and you arrive 15 minutes before the sun comes up.
Photo + Cinematic Video gives you the proposal as a short film as well, ready to share with family. Luxury Custom is for couples who want every detail planned with us, from the décor to the florals to the location.

What changes the price
- Video. A cinematic film of the moment moves the Essential price from $695 to $895.
- Time on location. The packages run 1, 2 or 3 hours of coverage, and the longer ones leave room for a couple’s session after the yes.
- The scene. A picnic lounge, a path of flowers or a fully custom concept add materials and build time.
- The location. Some beaches don’t allow open flames or glass, so the set-up adapts to each place and we confirm the spot with you before you book. Our guide to beach proposal permits explains what to check.
- Hair and makeup. A professional makeup artist can come to your home for $175 per person, or $100 for makeup only.
How far ahead to book
Two to four weeks gives us time to plan the location, the timing and the set-up. From October through April, dates fill earlier.
If your plan is last-minute, message us anyway. Short-notice proposals are possible when the calendar allows.
