A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date and time. Surprise proposal packages, which include a styled set-up, require a 50% retainer. The remaining 75% is due on the day of your session. The retainer secures your date and your photographer’s time.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours before your session and — as long as we have availability — we’ll gladly move you to another date. Your retainer moves with you, and a second reschedule is available when the remaining balance is paid. Changes made less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows (including arriving more than 30 minutes late without a heads-up) count as a completed session, so the full session value applies. If you’re running late, the session still ends at its scheduled time. You’ll find every detail in Clause 5 of your booking agreement.
The remaining balance is due as outlined at the time of booking. Prices are listed in USD and applicable sales tax may apply.
Edited images are delivered through a private online gallery within the timeframe stated for your selected service. Final image selection and editing style are at the photographer’s professional discretion.
Clients receive a personal print release to print and share their images for personal use. The Love Pics retains copyright and may use selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
