Frequently asked questions
How is pricing structured?
You only pay for what you need. Photography is $180/hr (3-hour minimum), video coverage is $120/hr (2-hour minimum), and social content capture is $160/hr (3-hour minimum). Video editing starts at $250 and is quoted to your specific project. Build your estimate above, then reserve your dates with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on or before the event.
What isn’t included in the price?
Quoted rates cover the listed photography, video and content services only. They do not include travel outside the West Palm Beach / South Florida service area, any additional or specialty insurance beyond standard coverage, venue or location permits not secured by the client, or any other costs arising outside the contracted service. Anything beyond the listed services is quoted separately when applicable.
What’s the difference between video coverage and social content?
Video coverage is professionally filmed footage that we edit into a polished highlight film. Social content is captured on a phone and delivered fast for your social channels — ideal for same-day posting. Professional footage needs editing and delivery time; social content is built for speed.
What if the photographer can’t make it?
Your coverage is guaranteed. Every booking is backed by a professional standby network — if an emergency arises, a vetted photographer steps in and we still handle all editing and delivery. If no suitable replacement can be secured, any payment made is fully refunded.
How fast do we receive the files?
Standard galleries are delivered within days, and a next-day gallery option is available for press releases and time-sensitive announcements.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes — we cover West Palm Beach and all of South Florida’s hotels, resorts and conference venues, and travel beyond is available on request.
