We film keynotes, award moments, crowd reactions and the small details that make a highlight reel feel alive, then edit it into a polished film built for however you plan to use it: a recap for next year’s sponsors, a clip for your homepage, or a short cut for social. Editing is quoted to the project (from $250) since a 2-minute keynote recap and a multi-day conference film take very different amounts of time to cut well.

How is pricing structured?
On-site filming is $120/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Editing starts at $250 and is quoted to your specific project once we know the runtime and complexity.
What's the difference between video coverage and social content?
Video coverage is professionally filmed footage edited into a polished highlight film — built to last and be reused. Social content is phone-captured and delivered fast for same-day posting; see Social Content & Live Coverage.
How long is the final film?
It depends on your goal — a sponsor recap or homepage clip typically runs 1–3 minutes; longer conference recaps are scoped individually.
How fast do we receive the film?
Turnaround depends on runtime and complexity; we'll confirm a delivery date when we scope the edit, with priority turnaround available on request.
What if the videographer can't make it?
Every booking is backed by a professional standby network. If an emergency arises, a vetted videographer steps in and we still handle all editing and delivery — or your payment is fully refunded.
Do you travel to our venue?
Yes — we cover West Palm Beach and all of South Florida's hotels, resorts and conference venues, with travel beyond available on request.
