Photography is $180/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Book the hours you need and we’ll confirm the final quote before your date is reserved; a 50% deposit secures it.
Travel outside the West Palm Beach / South Florida area, additional insurance beyond standard coverage, and venue permits not secured by the client are quoted separately.
Yes — we bring simple, consistent on-site direction so headshots look uniform even when shot back-to-back for a large team.
Standard galleries are delivered within days. A next-day gallery option is available for press releases or time-sensitive announcements.
Every booking is backed by a professional standby network. If an emergency arises, a vetted photographer steps in and we still handle all editing and delivery — or your payment is fully refunded.
Yes — we cover West Palm Beach and all of South Florida’s hotels, resorts and conference venues, with travel beyond available on request.
