What Is a Wedding Content Creator? What You Get, What It Costs and What It Is Not

A wedding content creator films your day on a phone and posts it while it is happening. What you get, when you get it, what it costs in Palm Beach and what it does not replace.

Your photographs take a few weeks. Your film takes a little longer. Your guests, and the grandparents who could not fly in, want to see the night tonight. That gap is the whole reason the wedding content creator exists.

The short answer

A wedding content creator is a person whose only job at your wedding is the phone: vertical video, filmed and posted in real time. You get Instagram stories while the event is happening, one to three edited reels before the last song, and every ready-to-post clip in a private link within 24 to 48 hours. It does not replace your photographer or your videographer. It covers the part of the day they are not there to cover.

What a content creator actually does on the day

At The Love Pics the content creator arrives before the first moment with a flagship phone that records 4K vertical, a 3-axis stabilizer, a small light and wireless microphones for vows and toasts. From there:

  • Getting ready: the nerves, the dress going on, the first glass of champagne.
  • Ceremony and entrance: filmed from the side or from behind the main cameras, never from the aisle.
  • First dance, toasts and the party: stories go up as they happen.
  • Before the last song: one to three reels, edited on site with music and captions.
  • The next day: every clip and phone photo in a private download link, and the stories saved as a Highlight so they do not disappear after 24 hours.

What you get, and when

  • Before the day: a planning call, a custom hashtag and a QR sign for the tables, so guests follow along and share their own clips in one place.
  • During the event: live stories, from your own account or from an account created just for the event.
  • The same night: 1 to 3 reels, published or sent to you for approval.
  • Within 24 to 48 hours: all your ready-to-post clips.

What it is not

It is not a second photographer with a smaller camera. A photograph is made to be printed and kept for fifty years. A wedding film is made to be watched on an anniversary. Content is made to be shared tonight: vertical, fast, a little imperfect and full of the people who were in the room. A phone also goes unnoticed in a way a professional camera does not, so people act like themselves in front of it. Three different jobs (here is who does what, and who gets the kiss). If your budget only allows one, book the photographer first.

It is also not “a friend with a good phone.” Guests film beautifully for thirty seconds and then go back to the party, which is exactly what they should do. Nobody is responsible for the entrance, the toast or the hora loca, and the clips end up scattered across twenty camera rolls.

Who books one

  • Couples with family abroad who want everyone to watch the same night.
  • Couples who want to put their own phones away and still have everything.
  • Quinceañeras and Sweet 16s, where the court, the surprise dance and the hora loca are made for vertical video.
  • Companies that want their gala or brand event on social media before the room empties.

What a wedding content creator costs in Palm Beach

Our three packages, with travel inside Palm Beach County included:

  • Stories, $595: up to 3 hours, live stories, 1 reel the same night, all clips within 48 hours.
  • Live, $995: up to 5 hours, stories all night saved as a Highlight, 2 same-night reels, clips within 24 hours, custom hashtag and QR sign.
  • Full Takeover, $1,450: up to 8 hours from getting ready to last dance, 3 same-night reels, a 60-second recap reel within 48 hours and an event Instagram account created and handed over to you.

An extra hour is $150. If The Love Pics is also photographing your day, the Live package is $795 instead of $995: one team, one timeline.

What about privacy?

Nothing goes live that you have not approved. On the planning call we write a do-not-post list together: people, moments, children, the dress before the ceremony. The profile can stay private or post only to Close Friends. And what we film is yours; it is never used in our marketing without your permission.

Is your date open?

See the three content creator packages and check your date. We reply within 24 hours, in English or Spanish.

One question to start with: which moment of your day would you want your guests to see first?
