Confirm Your Booking

This agreement is between The Love Pics (“the photographer,” “we”) and the client signing below (“the client”), and applies to the photo session described in this form. By signing, both parties agree to be bound by all of the following clauses.

1. Deposit & Payment

A 25% deposit of the total service value is required to reserve the date. When paying by Zelle or Bitcoin, the full service value is paid at booking; 25% of it counts as the deposit and the rest as the prepaid balance. For surprise proposal packages, which include a styled set-up, the deposit is 50% of the total service value instead of 25%, because flowers, décor and supplies are purchased in advance. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except as provided in Clause 4 (Cancellation or Rescheduling by The Love Pics). The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the session, before it begins or at its conclusion, unless a different payment schedule is agreed in writing or applies under Clause 5 (Rescheduling & No-Shows). Payments may be made using the methods accepted by The Love Pics (credit or debit card through the payment platform used, bank transfer, Zelle, Bitcoin, or another agreed method). While the balance remains unpaid in full, The Love Pics may withhold delivery of the gallery, digital files, and any physical products associated with the session. Balances remaining unpaid more than 15 days after the session date may incur a reasonable administrative fee, disclosed to the client in advance.

2. Booking Confirmation

Paying the deposit alone does NOT confirm the session date. The booking is confirmed only once the client completes this form in full and signs this agreement. Until then, the date remains available to other clients, and The Love Pics assumes no obligation to hold it or to decline other requests for the same date.

3. Cancellation by the Client

The deposit is non-refundable from the moment the booking is made, and any cancellation by the client results in full forfeiture of the deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the session date and the remaining balance has already been paid, that balance is also non-refundable. A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice is treated as a no-show under Clause 5: the full service value is due, and the client authorizes The Love Pics to charge any remaining balance to the payment method used for the booking. Any exception must be agreed in writing between the parties.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by The Love Pics

If, due to illness, personal emergency, serious equipment failure, or another cause reasonably beyond its control, The Love Pics is unable to provide the service on the agreed date, it will make its best effort to (a) provide a substitute photographer of comparable quality with the client’s consent, (b) reschedule the session at no additional cost to the client, or (c) if neither option is feasible, refund the client the full amount paid to date, including the deposit. In no event will The Love Pics’ liability to the client for this reason exceed the amount actually paid by the client.

5. Rescheduling & No-Shows

The client may reschedule the session ONCE at no additional cost, with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time, subject to The Love Pics’ availability. The deposit carries over to the new date.

A second reschedule is available, subject to availability, only if the client pays the full remaining balance at the time of rescheduling. That payment secures the new date and covers the time and other bookings The Love Pics turns away to hold it. If the client prefers not to pay the balance, the second reschedule instead requires a new deposit of 25% of the service value; the original deposit is retained by The Love Pics as a rescheduling fee and is not applied to the balance. Once the balance has been paid in full, the client keeps one more free reschedule, again with at least 48 hours’ notice.

A reschedule requested with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failing to attend the session (a no-show, including arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice), counts as a completed booking: the full service value is due, amounts already paid are non-refundable, and the client authorizes The Love Pics to charge any remaining balance to the payment method used for the booking. If the client arrives late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. Sessions affected by weather are rescheduled at no cost under Clause 19.

6. What Your Plan Includes

Your plan is the one you confirm in this form (and that appears in your booking confirmation or written quote). Below is exactly what each plan includes. Anything not listed for your plan is not included, but most extras can be added (Clause 12).

Sessions booked through Snappr. For sessions booked through Snappr, your package, hours and payment are the ones in your Snappr booking, and the plans and prices listed below do not apply to them. Payment, deposits, cancellations and rescheduling for those sessions are handled under your Snappr booking.

How your photos are delivered. Within 24 hours after every session you receive a private preview gallery with unedited proofs of the photos we select from your session, so you can pick your favorites. These are previews: they are not edited yet, and some may look darker, lighter or warmer than the final version. When you have chosen, let us know. Your edited photos are delivered within the timelines in Clause 11. Photos you don’t pick stay in your preview gallery unedited; you can add any of them later as extra edited photos (Clause 12). For weddings, corporate events and party coverage without a favorites selection, we curate the gallery and edit every photo we deliver.

Family & Maternity (cake smash and pet sessions booked under these plans follow the same terms)

• Family / Maternity Session: 45 minutes at one location, up to 25 edited photos (your favorites).
• Extended Family / Maternity Session: 60 minutes, with room for an outfit change or a second nearby location, 35 edited photos (your favorites).
• Legacy Session: 90 minutes, up to two locations, 50 edited photos (your favorites) and an 8×8 printed album (20 pages).
• Up to 6 people are included; each additional person is $45. In maternity sessions, your partner and older children are always included.

Mini Sessions (seasonal dates, one location and set-up chosen by us): Essential, 15 minutes and 8 edited photos · Classic, 20 minutes and 15 edited photos · Signature, 30 minutes and 25 edited photos.

Engagement

• Essential: 45 minutes at one location, 30 edited photos (your favorites).
• Engagement Session: 75 minutes, up to two locations, 50 edited photos (your favorites).
• Signature: 75 minutes, up to two locations, 50 edited photos (your favorites) and a 60-second vertical reel.

Surprise Proposals

• Proposal Set-Up & Photography: styled set-up and up to 2 hours with a hidden photographer, 30 edited photos (your favorites).
• Proposal Set-Up, Photo & Cinematic Video: the same, plus a color-graded cinematic film delivered within 10 days.
• Luxury Custom Proposal: up to 3 hours, the premium décor listed in your quote, photography and cinematic film, 30 edited photos (your favorites).
• Décor is on loan and is packed up by us at the end of the session.

Headshots

• LinkedIn Refresh: 30 minutes, one look, 3 retouched headshots you choose.
• Personal Brand Session: 90 minutes, up to 3 looks and up to 2 locations, 12 retouched headshots you choose.
• Executive Session: 2 hours, makeup artist included, 20 retouched headshots you choose and a 15-second reel.
• Team & Office Day: on-site station, 1 retouched headshot per person; volume and schedule per written quote.

Quinceañera & Sweet 16

• Pre-Session: 1 hour, 30 edited photos (your favorites).
• Party Coverage: 4 hours, 200 edited photos (your favorites).
• Complete: Pre-Session plus 6 hours of party coverage, every photo in the curated party gallery edited, and a printed album; edited gallery within 14 days after the party.

Weddings (curated gallery; every delivered photo is edited)

• Elopement & Courthouse Wedding: 2.5 hours, about 120 edited photos, edited gallery within 14 days.
• Wedding Essential: 4 hours with one photographer, 250+ edited photos, sneak peek within 24 hours, edited gallery within 14 days.
• Wedding Premium: 7 hours, 450+ edited photos, engagement session included, 8×8 Signature printed album, sneak peek within 24 hours, edited gallery within 7 days.
• Wedding Photo & Video: 9 hours with two photographers, about 400 edited photos, engagement session included, 10×10 Heirloom lay-flat album, a 30-second social reel, edited gallery within 7 days. The cinematic wedding film is an add-on (Clause 12).

Corporate Events: 2, 4 or 6–8 hours, or by the hour (3-hour minimum). The gallery is curated and edited by us and delivered within 48 hours; the number of photos depends on the event.

Commercial shoots by the hour (restaurants and food, vacation rentals, branding): preview gallery within 24 hours; you choose the frames and they are edited within the timelines in Clause 11.

Video: Cinematic Video Session, 1 hour and a 1–3 minute film · Event Videography, up to 2 hours and a highlight film within 10 business days. Video plans deliver the finished film only.

Content Creator: Stories, up to 3 hours and 1 same-night reel · Live, up to 5 hours and 2 reels · Full Takeover, up to 8 hours, 3 reels and a recap. Ready-to-post clips are delivered within 24–48 hours.

Any other service: scope, duration, deliverables and timeline are set in a written quote from The Love Pics, which becomes part of this agreement.

7. Additional Time

Coverage is limited to the time of the booked plan. If the client asks to extend the session and the photographer is available, the following rates apply: portrait and family sessions, $150 per hour, in 30-minute blocks of $75; weddings, $350 per hour; corporate events, $180 per hour; Content Creator, $150 per hour. The Love Pics is not obligated to extend the session if it lacks availability.

8. Travel & Additional Locations

There is no travel fee within Palm Beach County (from Boca Raton to Jupiter). Sessions outside Palm Beach County (for example Broward, Miami-Dade, Port St. Lucie or farther) carry a travel fee that we quote before the booking. Additional locations not included in the plan may also carry a fee, agreed before the session.

9. Photographer Breaks During Long Sessions

For sessions of 6 hours or more, the photographer is entitled to a reasonable meal and rest break of approximately 30 minutes, which is not deducted from the contracted coverage time. The Love Pics will coordinate this break to minimize any impact on coverage of key moments.

10. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

The client agrees to: (a) provide accurate and timely information about the event or session schedule; (b) give reasonable advance notice of any change in timing, location, or special conditions; (c) obtain, where necessary, the applicable permits to photograph at the chosen location; and (d) ensure the photographer has reasonable access to the areas needed to perform their work. The Love Pics is not responsible for the loss of moments, shots, or coverage resulting from the client’s failure to meet these responsibilities.

11. Delivery of Photographs

Photographs are delivered through a private digital gallery, within these timelines:

• Private preview gallery (unedited proofs, to pick your favorites): within 24 hours after every session.
• Edited photos (included editing, Clause 12): within 7 days after the client tells us they have chosen their favorites.
• Advanced retouching (Clause 12): within 10 days after the client tells us their picks, or after payment when it is a paid extra.
• Faster delivery: if the client needs the edited photos in less than one week, a rush fee of $5 per photo applies on any plan, in addition to the price of any advanced retouching.
• Weddings, corporate events and party coverage without a favorites selection: within the timeline of the plan in Clause 6.

These timelines may pause while the balance remains unpaid (Clause 1), and The Love Pics will notify the client of any significant delay. The digital gallery will remain available online for a minimum of 90 days from the delivery date; after that period, The Love Pics may archive or delete it without prior notice, so the client is encouraged to download and back up their photographs as soon as possible. The Love Pics does not guarantee permanent backup of the original files after that period.

12. Editing & Retouching: What’s Included and What’s Not

(a) Included editing (basic retouching). Every edited photo in your plan receives our signature editing: our color and tone style; exposure, light, contrast and white balance; straightening and cropping when it improves the photo; gentle skin cleanup (temporary blemishes and redness), always keeping your natural skin texture; and removal of small distractions, such as a stray hair, a speck of dust, a small sign or a piece of litter. Retouched headshots also include flyaway hair cleanup and simple background cleanup.

(b) Advanced retouching: not included, quoted per photo. Advanced retouching is done by hand by The Love Pics retouching team. It includes: reshaping or slimming the body or face (liquify); smoothing clothing that clings to the body or shows rolls, and smoothing wardrobe wrinkles; heavy skin smoothing or changing skin texture; removing people or large objects; changing, replacing or extending backgrounds or skies; opening closed eyes, or swapping faces or heads between photos; composites or montages that combine several photos; and a different editing look on specific photos (a complete change of our editing style is not offered). Rates are cumulative by tier and depend on the number of photos in the same order:

• 1 to 4 photos: $25 per photo (for example, 3 photos = $75).
• 5 photos: $100.
• 6 to 9 photos: $100 plus $20 for each photo over 5 (for example, 7 photos = $140).
• 10 photos: $150.
• 11 to 20 photos: $150 plus $15 for each photo over 10 (for example, 15 photos = $225; 20 photos = $300).
• 21 or more photos: $300 plus $10 for each photo over 20 (for example, 25 photos = $350).

You always pay the lower price: if the next package costs less than your number of photos, we charge the package and deliver its full quantity (for example, 9 photos with advanced retouching cost $150 and you receive 10).

Advanced retouching is paid in full before work begins and is delivered within the timeline in Clause 11. Before you pay, we will always tell you honestly if a change is not possible or would not look natural.

(c) Extra edited photos (included editing, beyond the photos in your plan). Rates are cumulative by tier:

• 1 to 4 photos: $10 per photo (for example, 3 photos = $30).
• 5 photos: $35.
• 6 to 9 photos: $35 plus $7 for each photo over 5 (for example, 8 photos = $56).
• 10 photos: $50.
• 11 or more photos: $50 plus $3 for each photo over 10 (for example, 20 photos = $80).

Here too you always pay the lower price: if the next package costs less, we charge the package and deliver its full quantity (for example, 9 extra photos cost $50 and you receive 10; 4 extra photos cost $35 and you receive 5).

(d) Rush delivery: $5 per photo when the client needs the edited photos in less than one week (Clause 11), on any plan and in addition to any advanced retouching.

(e) Other things not included unless your plan in Clause 6 lists them: RAW files, which are never delivered (Clause 13); extra time (Clause 7); travel outside Palm Beach County (Clause 8); additional people beyond those included ($45 per person); prints, albums and products (you can order them from your gallery’s print store); video, reels or films (a cinematic film is a $450 add-on); a second photographer ($450 for weddings, $350 for corporate events); hair and makeup (included only in the Executive headshot session); and location permits or entry fees, billed at cost.

(f) How out-of-scope requests work. We are happy to help with anything outside your plan. We do it only after the client accepts a written quote from The Love Pics (email or text message is fine) and, when the quote says so, after payment. Messages from our team or assistants, including automated messages, may describe or estimate a service, but they do not change this agreement or add anything to your plan; only a written confirmation from Felipe Restrepo, owner of The Love Pics, can do that. If we make an edit as a courtesy, it is a one-time gift and does not change what your plan includes for other photos.

(g) Editing style. By booking, the client chooses The Love Pics’ editing style. We do not redo a gallery in a different style on request.

13. RAW Files: Never Delivered

RAW files (the original, unprocessed files from our cameras, such as .CR3, .ARW or .DNG) and any other original, unprocessed camera files are not delivered under any plan and are not available for purchase or for an additional fee. They remain the exclusive property of The Love Pics. What the client receives are processed images: the private preview gallery and the edited photos described in Clause 6. From everything captured, The Love Pics selects the photos that best represent the session; there is no obligation to deliver every frame captured. This clause applies to every plan of The Love Pics.

14. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The Love Pics is the sole owner of the copyright in all photographs taken during the session, under United States copyright law. Delivery of the photographs to the client grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print, share on personal social media, and create albums or products for the client’s own and their family’s use. This license does not include the right to commercial use, resale, licensing to third parties, or substantial modification of the images (including filters that significantly alter the original editing) without The Love Pics’ prior written authorization.

Business use. For headshots, corporate events and commercial sessions (for example restaurants and food, vacation rentals and branding), the license also includes business use: the company may use the photos on its website, on its social media and in its company materials (for example presentations, brochures, proposals and internal communications). This business license does not include resale, selling or licensing the photos as stock, or large-scale paid advertising campaigns, which are quoted separately.

15. Use of Images by The Love Pics

The client irrevocably and unconditionally authorizes The Love Pics to use the session’s photographs for portfolio, work display, marketing, advertising, and its own social media (Instagram, Facebook, thelovepics.com, and similar), with no additional compensation to the client. This authorization is an essential condition of this agreement and of the price offered for the service; The Love Pics does not provide its services without it, and the client therefore may not exclude, limit, or revoke it after signing this agreement.

The only way to request that specific photographs be excluded from The Love Pics’ portfolio or social media is through a separate written agreement, negotiated and signed with The Love Pics BEFORE confirming the booking and paying the deposit — not afterward, not verbally, and not through a note in the “Additional notes” field of this form. Any such request is subject to The Love Pics’ sole approval and may result in an additional privacy fee. Once this agreement is signed without that prior written arrangement, the authorization granted in this clause is final and irrevocable.

16. Authorization to Photograph Minors

If any person photographed during the session is a minor, the client represents that they are that person’s parent or legal guardian, or have express authorization from their parent or legal guardian, to consent to photographing that person and to the use of their images under this agreement.

17. Conduct During the Session & Right to End It

The Love Pics reserves the right to end the session early, without refund, if the client, their guests, or any person present engages in abusive or threatening conduct, or conduct that endangers the safety of the photographer or their equipment. In such a case, The Love Pics will deliver the photographs captured up to that point, subject to the terms of this agreement.

18. Other Photographers or Imaging Vendors During the Session

The client may allow guests to take informal photos with their own devices. However, hiring another professional photographer or videographer to fully or partially cover the same event must be disclosed to The Love Pics in advance, to coordinate coverage and avoid interference between vendors. The Love Pics is not responsible for photographs or obstructions caused by other vendors not previously coordinated.

19. Circumstances Beyond Control (Force Majeure)

The Love Pics is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including, without limitation: severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes or transportation disruptions, third-party service failures (such as the digital gallery provider), venue closures, or government restrictions. Outdoor sessions significantly affected by weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.

Weather & rescheduling policy. Florida rain check: if the forecast calls for rain, we’ll reach out to offer a new date. Light rain and you’d rather keep your time? Totally fine — we’ll just need to stay flexible with the look and the spots we shoot. Heavy rain or storms mean we reschedule, no exceptions — camera gear and downpours don’t mix. Your payment always stays with your session; we reschedule, we don’t refund. And just a heads-up, the remaining balance is due before we start shooting.

20. Equipment Failure & Technical Backup

The Love Pics uses professional equipment with reasonable backup practices (such as dual memory cards on cameras that support it) to minimize the risk of image loss. However, in the exceptional event of technical equipment failure, file corruption, or image loss due to causes reasonably beyond The Love Pics’ control, The Love Pics’ liability to the client is limited as set forth in Clause 21 (Limitation of Liability).

21. Limitation of Liability

In no event will The Love Pics’ total liability to the client, for any reason related to this agreement, exceed the total amount paid by the client for the applicable session. The Love Pics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including the loss of sentimental value of photographs not delivered due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

22. Client Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Love Pics harmless from any reasonable claim, damage, or expense arising from: (a) injury to third parties or property damage caused by the client or their guests during the session, (b) use of a location without necessary permits, or (c) false statements by the client regarding their authority to consent to photographing minors or other persons.

23. Additional Personnel

The Love Pics may use assistants or a second photographer under its direct supervision to fulfill this agreement, without requiring additional client authorization.

24. Insurance

The Love Pics carries an active commercial general liability policy with limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence and $1,000,000 personal injury, plus inland marine coverage on its photography equipment. If the session location requires a certificate of insurance — for example, certain wedding venues or corporate clients — The Love Pics can provide one upon request with reasonable advance notice.

25. Privacy & Use of Client Data

The client’s contact information (name, email, phone, session address) is used exclusively to provide the booked service, communicate about the session, and maintain The Love Pics’ internal records. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to The Love Pics’ business, except as required by law.

26. Notices

Any communication related to this agreement may be made by email, text message, or WhatsApp to the contact information provided by the client in this form, and will be considered validly delivered once sent.

27. Assignment

The client may not assign or transfer this agreement to a third party without The Love Pics’ prior written consent. The Love Pics may assign this agreement in the event of a sale, merger, or reorganization of its business, upon notice to the client.

28. Amendments

This agreement can only be changed in writing (email or text message is fine) in one of two ways: (a) a change that the client accepts and that Felipe Restrepo confirms in writing on behalf of The Love Pics, or (b) a written quote from The Love Pics that the client accepts. Messages that describe, estimate or discuss services do not amend this agreement (Clause 12(f)).

29. Waiver

The Love Pics’ failure to require strict compliance with any provision of this agreement at a given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to require compliance in the future.

30. Language of the Agreement

This agreement is available in Spanish and English for the client’s convenience. Both versions reflect the same agreement; in the event of any discrepancy between them, the English version will prevail for purposes of legal interpretation before the courts of the State of Florida.

31. Entire Agreement & Severability

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the session described, and supersedes any prior agreement, whether verbal or written. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.

32. Survival

The provisions of this agreement relating to intellectual property, the authorization for The Love Pics to use images (Clause 15), limitation of liability, indemnification, privacy, and dispute resolution will survive the termination or completion of this agreement.

33. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. In the event of any disagreement, both parties agree to first seek a direct, good-faith resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding arising from this agreement will be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

34. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and typing your full name as a signature below, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accept this agreement in full, and that this electronic signature carries the same legal validity as a handwritten signature, per the federal ESIGN Act. The Love Pics keeps a record of the version of this agreement the client accepts (Version 2026-10-16a), together with the date and time, the plan confirmed in this form, the client’s IP address and a digital fingerprint (hash) of the text.

Schedule A. Proposal Set-Up Terms (surprise proposal plans with a styled set-up only)

This Schedule applies only if the plan you booked is a Surprise Proposal plan that includes a styled set-up (Proposal Set-Up & Photography, Proposal Set-Up, Photo & Cinematic Video, or Luxury Custom Proposal). It does not apply to any other session. Where this Schedule and the rest of the agreement say different things, this Schedule controls for the proposal. The scene, items and times are the ones in your written quote.

A1. Deposit. For these plans the deposit is 50% (instead of 25% in Clause 1) because it pays for flowers, food, champagne and other supplies bought for your date that cannot be returned. It is non-refundable from the moment it is paid, except under Clause 4.

A2. What is included. Only the items listed in your written quote. The set-up is inspired by your reference photo; it is not an exact copy. Specific flowers, colors, fabrics and decor pieces depend on season and availability, and we may substitute items of similar style and value. Anything not listed in the quote is not included, for example a second location, hair and makeup, food or drinks for additional guests, seating for guests, music or a musician, extra time (Clause 7) and advanced retouching (Clause 12).

A3. Time and daylight. The set-up is ready before your arrival time and stays in place until the pack-up time in your quote. A proposal depends on daylight: if you arrive late, coverage and the set-up still end at the times in the quote, and we cannot recover light that is gone. If you have not arrived and have not contacted us 30 minutes after your arrival time, it is a no-show under Clause 5.

A4. Location. The Love Pics chooses and confirms the exact spot in writing, after checking that a set-up and professional photography are allowed there. If you prefer another place, tell us at least 7 days before the date; a change is subject to our approval, to the rules of that place and to any permit or travel cost. Every beach and park has its own rules, which can change or be enforced without notice. We follow them. That can mean, for example, LED candles instead of real-flame candles, acrylic glasses instead of glass, and, where alcohol is not allowed, the champagne handed to you sealed to enjoy afterward or replaced with a non-alcoholic sparkling drink for the photos. These adjustments are part of the plan and do not change the price. If park staff, lifeguards, police or the property owner do not allow the set-up or part of it, or the spot is closed, crowded or unsafe, we will move to the nearest suitable spot or simplify the set-up and still photograph your proposal, with no refund or discount. Beaches are public: we cannot reserve the area or keep other people out of the background. A permit, parking or entry fee charged by the location is billed at cost, and we tell you the amount before we pay it.

A5. Rain and weather. The Love Pics decides whether the weather allows the set-up and the photos safely. We watch the forecast for the exact location starting 72 hours before and contact you as soon as it looks doubtful. The final call is made no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the proposal, unless the weather turns after that. Heavy rain, lightning, a storm or a weather warning means we reschedule; we do not set up or shoot in those conditions. In light or passing rain we may offer a different time the same day, a nearby sheltered spot or a simplified set-up. If the weather does not allow the proposal, we move it up to 24 hours earlier or later than the original time, subject to our availability, at no cost to you; your payment moves with it. We reschedule; we do not refund (Clause 19).

A6. Perishable supplies. Flowers, the cheese board and other fresh items are bought for your date and cannot be kept or returned. If the proposal cannot be held within 24 hours of the original time (for any reason other than The Love Pics being unavailable under Clause 4), there is still no rescheduling fee, but you pay the cost of replacing the perishable supplies (flowers and cheese board). We tell you the amount in writing before the new date. If you decide to postpone because of a forecast that The Love Pics considers workable, it is a client reschedule under Clause 5 and you also pay the replacement of any perishable supplies already bought.

A7. Wind, tide and beach conditions. Wind, tide, soft sand, seaweed and sand flies are part of a beach. For safety we may lower, anchor or remove the umbrella, use LED candles, shorten or re-shape the candle-and-flower path, or move the scene up the beach if the tide is high. These are safety decisions made by our team on site; they are not a breach of the plan and do not change the price.

A8. Decor is on loan. All decor and equipment (umbrella, blankets, cushions, table, candles and holders, vases, trays, boards, glasses and anything else we bring) belongs to The Love Pics and is on loan for the session only. The consumables are yours: the flowers, the food and the champagne. Please do not move the scene into the water or take decor away from the set-up. You are responsible, at replacement cost, for decor that is lost, taken or damaged by you or your guests beyond normal use; we send you the list and the cost in writing. We do not leave the set-up unattended and we do not leave it in place after the pack-up time.

A9. Food and alcohol. Alcohol is served only to adults 21 or older. By booking you confirm that both of you are 21 or older. We may ask for ID and we will not serve anyone under 21. You are responsible for drinking responsibly and for getting home safely; The Love Pics is not responsible for anything that results from your consumption of alcohol. Tell us in writing at least 7 days before the date about any food allergy or dietary restriction. The cheese board may contain or touch milk, nuts, wheat/gluten and other allergens, and is served outdoors.

A10. The surprise. We do everything reasonable to keep the proposal a surprise and to photograph the moment as it happens. A proposal is a live, unrepeatable event: we cannot guarantee your partner’s reaction, that the surprise will hold, or any specific photo. Please follow the arrival instructions we send you (where to park, which path to walk, where to stop), because they are what let us capture the moment.
