The best time to take maternity photos is between weeks 30 and 36 of pregnancy. The bump is well defined and you are still comfortable moving around. I’m Felipe from The Love Pics, and I plan maternity sessions around that window, so book early: weekend golden-hour slots in those weeks go first.
This page explains the timing and what to prepare. See my maternity sessions.
Before week 30 the bump is smaller; after week 36 many mothers are tired and the baby can arrive any day. In between, you look the way you want to remember and you can still stand, walk and move for 45 to 90 minutes.
Send me your due date and I tell you what is possible. Sessions are short and gentle, and I give you the posing so you never have to guess.
