How much does a wedding content creator cost in Palm Beach?
Our packages are $595 (Stories: up to 3 hours, live stories and 1 reel the same night), $995 (Live: up to 5 hours, stories all night, 2 same-night reels, custom hashtag and QR sign) and $1,450 (Full Takeover: up to 8 hours, 3 same-night reels plus a recap reel within 48 hours). Add the Live package to any TLP photography collection for $795 and save $200. Extra hour: $150.
Which Instagram account do you post from?
Your choice. We can post from your own account (you add us as a collaborator or share a temporary login that you change after the event), or we create an Instagram account just for the event, post everything there and hand the login over to you the next day.
What about privacy? What if we don't want something posted?
Nothing goes live that you haven't approved. On the planning call we write a do-not-post list (people, moments, kids, the dress before the ceremony) and we can keep the profile private or post only to Close Friends. If something goes up that you don't love, we take it down right away, and anything we film stays yours and is never used in our marketing without your permission.
Will the content creator get in the way of the photographer?
No. We work with one light phone rig and a stabilizer, no flashes and no tripods on the dance floor. When TLP also photographs your event, both of us follow one shared timeline, so the moments are covered from two angles without anyone blocking the other.
What gear do you use?
A current flagship phone that records 4K vertical video, a 3-axis gimbal, a small LED light and wireless microphones for toasts and vows. Everything is made for Instagram and TikTok: vertical, stabilized and ready to post.
When and how do we get the clips?
Every clip and phone photo in a private download link within 24 hours (48 hours with the Stories package). The stories are also saved as a Highlight on the profile, so they don't disappear after 24 hours.
